Zoom in close… edit the detail… Zoom all the way back out… Find the next spot you need to edit… Zoom in close… edit the detail…Zoom all the way back out… Find the next spot you need…
How many of you have done this? You are at 200% working on the details of an image and you start panning around looking for the next spot but you can’t find it because it’s like flying blind. In order to find it you have to zoom all the way out and then back in again… it takes a lot of time. Well no more! There is a hack for this! It’s the “H” key!
When you are zoomed in working on details, if you hold own the “H” key while clicking and dragging in your image, you will get a bird’s eye view of where you are. Hover over the spot you want to zoom in on (surround it with the white marque) and when you let go it will jump right back into the detailed view. No more flying blind!
